Not everybody is in love with your business. That is ok, and here is why.

Wrong Fit — Somebody who is a meat lover walks into your vegan alternative shop. This person wants a fat juicy steak and thinks pork is a substitute for a vegetable side. This customer is in the wrong place. No matter what you do, he will not be happy. You do not sell what he is looking for.
